Senior Business Intelligence Manager (f/m/x)

Job description

As our (Senior) Business Intelligence Manager (f/m) you take responsibility for our data warehousing, tracking and reporting. You act as an enabler for our department heads to help them make smart, and data-driven decisions. This function is at the forefront of building an innovative, scalable process flows and system processes for COBI.Bike.

  • Partner with leaders across Product Management, Business Intelligence, and Engineering to develop and implement an infrastructure of technology and data that would result in dynamic reporting and optimal decision-making

  • Develop analyses that lead to actionable insights that accelerate’s growth through profit optimization

  • Spearhead the development of insight-driven tools & dashboards

  • Proactively identify areas in which analytics efforts can add significant business value

  • Work with several large and complex databases



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or other related disciplines

  • Experience: 10+ years of Business Intelligence, and/or related analytical work experience

  • Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures and/or policies

  • Expert Excel and Data skills – Aggregating, Managing & Maintenance of data structures  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization in a collaborative way

  • Proven ability to aggregate and combine disparate data sets

  • Ability to translate data/information into visually appealing and consumable formats with insights on performance. Proven experience developing visualizations with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. is a must

  • Experience with using data from and creating reports/dashboards in CRM tools such as

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Must be detail oriented, deadline driven, results-oriented and be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to effectively prioritize competing demands with minimal supervision
