Senior UX Designer (f/m/x)

With your long-term experience in the field of UX design you’ll be ensuring that people are at the center of whatever our team is building. Together with the team you will be on the front to define and cultivate UX guidelines, methodologies and processes in the field of connected biking to represent and share them internally and externally.

Your main objective will be to drive the design methodologies, processes and principles by ensuring efficiency and top-notch quality of our solutions that ship to our customers. You are constantly aligning with all agile teams to build an overarching user experience by coordinating UX team members while being directly involved in the design process.

You will collaborate very closely with the product management and development teams as part of one or more agile teams in our Frankfurt office.


  • Support build-measure-learn feedback loops to validate solutions by making sure that all the user/business goals are measurable and user insights are shared back with the team

  • Facilitating collaboration across multiple disciplines to ensure that what we deliver is of the greatest value to the end user and business

  • Carrying out user research activities e.g. interviews, user testing, benchmarking or competitor analysis

  • Use clearly defined process to derive key findings and meaningful design guidelines to be used in follow up design phases

  • Beside your excellent skills in the discover and ideate phase of a UX design process you are also perfectly versed and experienced in the create phase, e.g. information architecture, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, rapid prototyping and UI design.   

  • Meaningful presentation of UX related topics, e.g. research reports, user insights and UX concepts

  • Guidance of junior/professional team members on process, methodology and overall approach (functional coach)

  • Establish ways to collect, compile and share trends, news, events covering related topics (UX design, mobility, cycling, etc.) with the team



  • BS in Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience

  • You are perfectly versed with the principles of user centered design and designing digital products

  • You have several years of experience in carrying out user research activities e.g. user interviews, shadowing, benchmarking, competitor analysis and user testing proved by a number of relevant projects or products

  • Proficient in stakeholder management and presenting UX research results in a comprehensible storyline to decision-makers and senior stakeholders

  • You are experienced in planning and facilitating workshops

  • You have relevant experience in native mobile design sector

  • Comfortable communicating and writing in English
