Software Project Manager (f/m/x)

Your main objective will be to plan, control, and organize software project resources to complete ongoing and special projects. This is a critical position within our organization. You will work with stakeholders to understand system processes and create and enhance process flow.

Recently acquired by Bosch eBike Systems, our technical know-how will be combined with Bosch’s global market share.



  • Develop and maintain software applications, integration strategies and oversee development initiatives.
  • Responsible for managing the support of existing and new product development in the environments and the deployment of software systems and components.
  • Oversee installation and configuration of software and related infrastructures.
  • Ability to communicate complex business concepts and work directly with developers to implement software solutions.
  • Manage Development Operations team members, tasks and schedule.
  • Own overall project plan and manage cross-functional and distributed resources, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and achievement of business goals.
  • Use formal processes and tools to manage resources, timelines budgets, risks, and changes.
  • Create and maintain process workflow documents to support business needs.
  • Act as primary point of contact for project status; manage project communications and information in the form of formal stakeholder briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and graphic reports.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience working in project management.

  • Software platform/operating system deployment

  • Experience with agile project management methods

  • German must / English fluent

  • Extensive problem-solving skills
